Collision Revision purchases 2 collision repair facilities in the Springfield Illinois market. FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Collision Revision, Inc. On April 5th 2012, Collision Revision Inc. executed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire 1 Stop Auto Body’s two facilities located in Chatham and Sherman, Illinois. The closing date has been set for May 1, 2012 with a grand opening planned for early June once the repair centers are integrated onto the Collision Revision Production System. “We are extremely excited about the acquisition of these new centers which will bring our central, Illinois store count to eight and 29 facilities overall,” stated Chris Baum, Director of Field Sales. “The addition of these stores was a critical part of our growth strategy to continue adding centers throughout the Midwest and lead us into the greater St. Louis area,” he commented further. The two locations will employ between 20-24 professionals, producing 16 repair orders per day.
